You have two options to suit your needs, you can read the eBook online or you can download the eBook.
VLe Books - To view the eBook click Read Online
EBook Central - When you select an eBook you will be taken to its Quick View page. On the right hand side of the page you can find a list of contents which provides links to various parts of the eBook. At the top of the viewer are tools for navigation and zoom and highlighting.
E-Book Central - currently you are not able to download eBooks but there is comprehensive access online.
VLe Books - If you want to download an eBook, click on the Download link. After you have clicked the icon choose how long you want the downloaded eBook to be available to you. You can download an eBook for up to 5 days. After you have selected the amount of time click 'download' and then save the file. To read eBooks on your PC, Mac, or mobile device you must have already loaded suitable reader software.
Ebook Central is the access route to the FE e-books collection. The Core Collection supports students in a broad range of subject areas: arts and humanities, business management and general, education and childcare, health and life sciences, ICT, travel and tourism, key skills including maths, science and engineering, social sciences, and other vocational areas.
To log into Ebook Central from home
You will need to use your RNN Group login. The username is your e-mail for example studentID@student.rnngroup.ac.uk for staff it is @rnngroup.ac.uk. Should staff have an older account this will need moving over by IT.
There are a few ways to find an eBook.
2. Search At the top of the home page there is a search bar, you can use this to find the eBook you are looking for.
3. Browse by subject. Under the search box there is a list of subjects, click on the subject you are interested in and you will be shown a list of eBooks.

When you have found an eBook that you are interested in, access it by clicking on the image of the cover of the eBook.

Follow the link above and select the Google login from the list of options where it says Sign in below.
Then use your college Google logon details.

Brief lists targeted at your specific area can be accessed via E-books by Subject link which will take you to a list of curriculum areas and you can select the relevant subject.
