Our books are classified using the Dewey decimal system and each book will have its own Class number (which is sometimes called a classmark) on the spine. Some useful classmarks to know include:
When you search for books via the Library Catalogue, Library Search Online, you will always see a Dewey number to locate (unless it is an ebook in which case you can immediately click on the link).
The Library has a huge range of textbook and ebook titles to meet your needs. Textbooks can be a great place to start your research, but remember that demand can be high, so you'll need to plan in advance.
